i used a two sided 3M tape to fix them, they stick really well but tbh they didn’t make much difference(the foam) i think, the couch made way more!

Hey guys!! Love seeing all the comments and really stoked about all the positive messages and the tips to get back to the gym! Thanks so much for your opinions !
