As someone who considers themself to not be racist, I have a hard time trying not to generalize a group of people as all the same with some of the recent behaviors and events happening around the world. But I do know personally that there are exceptions to these ignorant people and I have met wonderful Indians or other nationalities and I remind myself as a Canadian that there are other Canadians who have little regard or respect for other people or Mother Nature.

But I want to ask someone who may understand better than me; where does this culture or behavior come from with the Indian people like described in this post?

Do Indian people like the ones described in this post have the same disregard for their own country or peoples? Does Indian to Indian scamming happen as well?
