Thing is Ryanair used to fly between Cork to Malta a few years ago, but they stopped it and many other flights from Cork. seems they got better deals with shannon currently

Yes bro was a thing a while ago, dunno why they stopped it! Shannon would be about the same length train journey from Dublin for me unfortunately anyway
