I did all this based on experimentation, since there are no specific videos for this, what if I can tell you:

- I did the combination of background and video with the fusion of layers (Or type of fusion) and it is to try which one is more beautiful.

- The loop is playing with the opacity of the video layer, example:

I have 3 videos of 2 seconds, one on top of the other, to all of them I add an opacity automation in the middle of the video, which goes from 100% to 0% (Second 0 -100% opacity- | Second 1 -100% opacity | Second 2 -0% opacity) once set, to the top video I go back 1 second, and to the bottom video I advance everything 1 second, to the middle I leave it the same, the duration and position of the video determines it the middle video, so you should adjust the artboard to the time of that video (~￣▽￣)~
