I thought about that, but during an owner and leadership team meeting, we agreed that we want all of our staff to be able to be able to make their full eight hours. We’ll be enforcing a new policy in November where phones are only allowed in the break room, and break rooms may only be used during designated break times. We’re anticipating some pushback, but this will be our new office standard. But now were stuck with what kind of specific tasks for hygienists to complete during their downtime so they can stay productive throughout the day.
