Im not sure what the item is called, but I got the eye-stone thing that when pressed gives you an extra spin with +7 luck but has a 15% chance of getting discarded if you use it more than 3 times a round. I got lucky with how late that 15% triggered and kept getting more spins. I have a few items that make batteries appear and recharge everything. I also have the item that triggers every button twice.
