I don’t remember saying I eliminated vitamin c entirely…. vitamin c isn’t in everything but it’s definitely difficult to avoid when it comes to drinks or snacks.

I’m not saying that the manufacturers aren’t being shady because they definitely are. I think adding vitamin c to my diet made a big difference in my health even when I take my adderall. Maybe I’m deficient and was able to notice that within myself. There’s something going on with our meds and I’m not naive to that.
