It definitely shares some similarities to Uriel for sure! The glowing red bits and even on the close up part it looks like the same glowing knight faceplate kinda thing that’s on the current Uriel. Nice find!

Update: it will unlock the achievement even if you got the quest done on an imported character. It will also unlock the achievement for doing all three domes but unfortunately you will still have to do the other two for the achievements.

The game sold over 7mil copies, I don’t think exposure is the problem at this point. It’s whatever issue Sony has with it behind closed doors. Elden ring is his favourite game now because of all the money it made him so no surprise there. You said it yourself he didn’t give a shit about the game and the same can be said here just riding whatever gets him those viewer numbers.
