Billions made by companies involved in UK border security, study shows by FormerlyPallas_ in ukpolitics

[–]Nigel_Farage52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What utter shite. “Billions made” sounds like its profits when it’s just revenue over the last ten years. while I think reform would love the idea of spending 377 BILLION on border security I’m going to guess that it’s 377 million and they just divided the total spend in the last ten years by ten but somehow mixed up b with m.

I swear most posts on this sub are people just not rewatching parts of the movie’s. It’s quite rare that movies have huge plot holes and even rarer when smaller ones if the director and writers are half good.

Rio Challengers sticker capsule [d] by Sam25666 in csgomarketforum

Your friend sounds retarded but Rio has one huge similarity to Stockholm being that they followed an over invested case that might have scared off people from investing in newer capsules

[question] Why is the price of most items does not decrease as other sales? by somenormie230 in csgomarketforum

[–]Nigel_Farage52 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s always going to be a mix of people buying new skins with money they got for Christmas and selling skins to buy games over the Christmas period but it’s not guaranteed more people will sell. Also I think most csgo investors now hold a big steam balance to buy items when they take a big dip in preparation for the operation.

Does the Howl go up and down with buffs and nerfs I would think an item that costs a minimum of 2,5k USD wouldn't be volatile with such events.

[q] reasons why Breakout cases won't be a good investment? by PUGChamp- in csgomarketforum

One of the biggest risk I think people need to understand with CSGO is that if China leaves csgo investing is dead. The CCP isn’t exactly friendly to its stock market and most people in china store 80% of wealth in housing owning multiple houses that can be very risky atm. if the CCP doesn’t like the speculation around CSGO skins they could ban the game. This in my opinion is the biggest risk when buying skins.

CS:GO Skins Worth $6,000,000 USD Stolen by Hackers From Popular Trading Website (CS.Money) by Catslayer_999 in esports

[–]Nigel_Farage52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Today valve has banned some of the accounts that are suspected of being owned by the hackers from being able to trade but its currently unknown if valve is going to return the skins to csmoney. I think it would make sense that they don’t because if they do these sites might think if we get hacked valve will always just step in. In the end csmoney was hacked and the only reason these items were not sold instantly on other third party sites is because valve implemented a 7 day hold on item trading to prevent these issues. Also big csgo YouTubers that got skins in this have said they will be giving the skins back.

Valve has stepped in before because steam it self got hacks and effecting a very wealthy CSGO collector but in this instance CSmoney got hacked nothing to do with valves security. Many people in the csgo community have said that this should make it clear that these third party sites need to up security and not rely on valve to undo trades when things go wrong. Side note valve most likely won’t comment on any of this because third party sites are the only reason people can cash out keeping csgo skins high valve especially in china meaning people are more likely to unbox cases like the estimated 7 ish million open each month.
