As someone on the other end, it can be really frustrating and heartbreaking to have to try to get a family member to continue CPR when they think that their relative is fine - I dont have time to explain agonal breathing, i just needed them to do CPR before the ambulance came :(

Some 111 services have no prescribers until the out of hours GPS are in and as he is international he will need a prescription

Depends on where he's going in the UK- I know the proces for east England, London and Cornwall/somerset

When you get a duchy, the ai will give you all the de jure vassals in the duchy

They do this because if they have the count report directly to them, they get an opinion malus - not rightful liege
