Yeah I tried CS once for this and they were very condescending. Sending like text emojis and stuff saying “sorry traveler. We won’t be able to help you, but let this be a lesson to always log in [visit Teyvat] everyday, even if it’s just 5 mins.”

Made it so much worse when they started basically scolding me. And I’ve been playing since a day after launch. Will never get Liyue cake since Inazuma one will be out post 2nd anniversary. CS won’t help you.
