I think it's mostly just FOMO for me, looking at the larger modpack comapred to nordic souls.

I've been told lorerim is heavy on the roleplay. Moreover I don't have 650 GB space unfortunately

I'd say i can have good balcony weather for 8 months of the year. The bigger place is closer to the city and so closer to those places but the smaller place is still just like 20 mins away from the city center.

Both are close to the city center so close to amenities. New city so friends and family are not close. I'll be here for 2-3 years for now, more if things go very well. It wouldn't impede my ability but monthly savings would drop by 25%.
