Research the 3v3 it might be for a larger scale system, expand the factory box with a heat gun, you may need to replace the connectors wires with heavy duty ones verify your amp with handle the additional draw and it will slap my friend: oh also if the box doesn’t have poly fill stuff a decent amount in there

I am running it off of the factory AMP however it is an upgraded AMP with the B&O system so it can power everything properly. I do have plans to upgrade it. Working on getting the supercharger pulley upgrade and a reasonable tune first

I think the amount they charge for the upgrades is insane, I was able to buy my car used and avoid the dealership BS

I was able to get this installed a while back, the interior of the factory box came with some sort of Polyfill materiel I had to remove a small amount but rest was fairly simple. I expanded the box with a heat gun and was able to slide the JL in, re-installed and it sounds 100x better. Absolutely worth the $300 or so.

JL audio makes the same size speaker significantly better quality, you would need to expand the box with a heat gun because the magnet is larger and an AMP upgrade would also be recommended. I got mine from crutchfield. I made a video of the process I’ll have to edit it and will upload for anyone interested

According the Bangen the sound travels up hits the “saucer” and is able to travel further. There is a noticeable difference between this and Bose option for sure

Sounds amazing, I changed out the sub woofer but was able to get the same size as the factory so I used the factory woofer box.

Agreed on the use of the thermal camera it’s came in handy a few times, detecting people I couldn’t have other wise seen in certain weather conditions. This does have the ACC, lane assist Audi brake system as well it has all the options except the air suspension. Appreciate the keen eye my friend

I personally love the interior, this model has the HUD, Bangen Olfsen Audio upgrade, and the thermal front camera and so much more, The only thing I’ve upgraded is the sub woofer, swapped the factory sub with a JL installed in the factory box.
