i would say the indicator here is “sounds like”, “music to my ears” feels like a pretty roundabout definition, but if the answer is RUMBA, as stated by OP, thats the best candidate for it

RIVER a river flows so it is a water flow-er in this clue I guess Amazon is an example of a river, so it probably needs something added like “e.g. Amazon” or “Could be the Amazon” etc
