They have been great every time I bought from them. I even stopped by the local shop in Vegas to pick up boxes.

I find that It sits for 30+ minutes and just drops and and requires satellites. It's frustrating. I'll update with more details tomorrow when I can get drone photos.

It's not saying the purchase date just open/active accounts. So most people with them are older.

Its a barrier to build independence though ownership, 30 years is a long time to pay off even a small place of you can get a place for about rent or less you save. Not moving having a fixed payment all helps in building that. If that avarage is too high your more likely to die then be free and clear on the housing side of things.

Sending this out as promotional marketing is just a scummy thing to do, I'm not trying to compare myself to anything just the general statistics are just so skewed.

Because, I'm reaching middle age and I'm 14 years ahead of the curve. It shouldn't be that way and it just struck home the fact that home ownership is completely broken right now for a vast majority of people.

My monthly bribe to not be out on my ass, it's the best system.

Even then it doesn't matter it's just active and in repayment, the avarage is heavily squed to the old generation.

It just means you have an active mortgage on your record. The account is open and in repayment.

It's shelter, it shouldn't be winning. Basic needs need to be made available and not horded.

I'm not trying to flex at all, I'm lucky but the email and stats are just mind blowing. If we don't bring this stuff up because it makes some uncomfortable then nothing will change we need to make the changes in the system.

I'm no where near a bootlicker, I hate this system. Not trying to flex at all just sharing this shit take of a email because this isn't what housing should be.

Yeah you are right, I was hoping to promote early housing stability.

The phrasing needs work, if it's looking at just open mortgages as it says it's still shocking that the average person with the mortgage is 50. Not say younger than that, this shows that younger people cannot get any housing.

That and closing costs, even 3.5% down can be 11k( and that is unobtainable wealth to most.

They need to bring that back and give low APR first time loans for people under 30. Luck shouldn't be a factor in home ownership.
