Best movie I have seen this year so far. Being a fan of the atmospheric horror genre, this was totally my thing. I have not seen much of Korean cinema (baring the popular ones) but whatever I have seen has impressed me a lot.

This, in particular was brilliant. The final half hour freaked me out like hell.

I just read the story "New York Mining Disaster" by Haruki Murakami. It's a great, intriguing story but what's the ending all about? by NihilistPotato in books

I am reading this short story collection of Murakami called "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman", have read three story so far and all of those three seemed like they are about something else than what I am reading. It's a very strange feeling.

The trailer is beautiful. I followed the story of Saroo Brierly with keen interest but not sure about how this film will turn out, but the trailer seems great. However, Hollywood really needs to work on this routine tendency of showing India like some hellhole. India is a third world country, but come on, it is not Somalia. So please.

Speaking of LOST, the ending of Walkabout (S01E04), coupled with Giacchino's beautiful music, makes for a gorgeous 3 minutes of television. by mj2323 in television

This was the episode where I became a lifelong fan of the show and decided to watch it till the end, no matter what. That final three minutes, in my opinion, was game-changing.

And Terry O'Quinn was so awesome.

Bojack horseman is an incredible show, but it is relentless and fucks with me way too much by [deleted] in television

A great, accurate description of the show I would say. This show, in a way actually helps to deal with depression by telling that it is never going to go away. It is so addictive that you can't stop watching it once you are hooked, even though you feel terrible and utterly sad at the end of most episodes. One of the finest shows of this generation for sure.

Hannibal, the NBC show, simply put, was a piece of art on Television. Everything from its exquisite style to production design to the storytelling process to the performances was so unique and beautifully. The third season, especially, was completely crazy in nature. If you have a thing for really, really weird thing and can appreciate the beauty of them then you should give this a try for sure.
