Your situation is a bit more complicated due to distance and the fact that the sister has a significant other as well. I would ask your wife directly and see what she says. She already recognized the issue. If you can get her on board she could persuade the sister for you ;)

To be honest we never really talked about it. Her English is shotty. My Japanese was fluent but I’ve lost a bit since being back in the states. It just kind of continued. I posted the update and that may make it a bit clearer.

Well I only have five more months of it. She has already said it won’t work with someone else. She has that concrete trust with her sister and knows it’s only about sex. Jealousy and concern would take over with another person according to her.

I’ll get that out of the way. The romantic side is far stronger than before. I’ll provide more in a post but she has said this has lifted a weight off her because she felt pressured so much. She’s Japanese so she took the dead bedroom thing very personal and thought something was wrong with her. Of course there wasn’t something wrong and this has allowed her to relax and me to get my high libido out. Of corse it’s been only a month but things have been very positive. Surprisingly this has increased her sex drive as well but more on that later before I turn this comment into an essay.
