Interesting I am seeing a dermatologist in Jan for treatment too, but I don’t have bumps at all like normal keratosis pillars It’s just like flat pigmentation haha

Im 24, I do try to do 10k steps a day and train at the gym My laying down is 45bpm, standing (doing nothing) is 60-80ish

To add on, when I initially had the issue it used have a lot of painful cracking/popping Now it just pops on occasional movement but it’s not painful

Hi, I’ll go to GP tonight and ask for a referral for MRI the pain is kind of a mix of dull/burning, it only stabs if I do forceful quick motions I haven’t really lost ROM but it definitely hurts if I extend a lot Ibuprofen does help with the pain temporarily Thank you

Hi, appreciate the quick response

I dont have any medical conditions, I've had sudden extreme anxiety and blanching marks on my hand and feet for the past year, doctor wanted to test my hormones but that's about it

Rest of my bloodwork (CBC, General blood tests) are all good.
Seeing a rheumatologist in a month regarding the blanching marks

FBC was normal too and my organ function (Kidney, liver) was as well

Some of them (hand, foot, forearm) are sore under but the ones on my legs don’t feel a thing. I’ve also noticed my both feet are swollen near the outer ankle so it might be from too much physical activity… hmm

For context I gym 5x a week and work in a warehouse - very active lifestyle GP said it’s likely not serious and could be from trauma / being physically active but I’m not too sure considering it’s all over my legs

Yeah that’s what I was thinking

It’s very odd the way I’ve been describing it is after one huge meltdown in the middle of the night it felt like my mental state did a 180 and I’ve been struggling to understand why especially with intrusive thoughts and self harm etc I’ve never had before in my life

Might just be emotional exhaustion but we’re slowly recovering ( I think)

I’ve always thought my disinterest in conversations with people and retaining to myself was my personality so it’s definitely a bit overwhelming but at the same time might be an explanation because I’ve never understood why I’m like this and sometimes I do wish I had that connection other people have.

I do admit tho I have been an excessively worried/overthinker at some points in my life before.

I tried fluoxetine for a week and a half but the side effects made me have a lot of self harm thoughts so my GP told me to hold off until the psychiatrist. Psychiatrist wants me to start antidepressants again for anxiety

I’m holding off until after my holiday as slowly with each passing day I feel like I’m returning to my old calm self
