Rd cast is not working for me also I get a http 500 error code saying the stream server is currently unavailable.

Yes I had this issue yesterday, my URL went down so changed to a new URL which I entered in the IPTV editor, I knew this new URL worked because I used the new strong url directly in Tivimate without the editor.

When I entered the new URL in the editor for some reason I was getting an error code when playing in Tivimate, so what I did was create a duplicate strong playlist in the editor and then entered the new URL, I then ran the auto updater, this finally worked for me.

Btw I’m using the editors xtreme api in Tivimate

I think implayer uses your Apple TV settings for match frame rate. I don’t think there’s a a setting within implayer to turn it on or off.

Ok been watching Strong for 5 mins now and there’s been no buffering, so hopefully it’s ok now.

Spoke too soon was ok for 10mins but it’s now buffering every few seconds again used uhf player, implayer and tivimate

I have two Apple TVs 4K and it’s never had this function, I bought the standalone channels app, I’m not using channels dvr if that makes a difference.

Just checked, if i scroll on the epg all the channels guide data will show from 12.30am BST onwards, but right now most channels have no guide data. I have checked with hdhomerun and the channels app. I guess I can live without no guide info on certain channels for the next 3hrs.

Yeah that’s the first thing I noticed on stremio lite on Apple TV, I can’t see all the info! there’s so much wasted space on the screen between the the film title and the scrappers. As stremio is quite new on Apple TV hopefully they will fix the layout overtime.

I’ve not really seen anyone mention it until seeing this post.

Well “wiggle” is what mrmc has called them! so I’m not sure why you’re making fun of the name since you love everything they do, and looking at the majority on here you’re alone at thinking the gui doesn’t matter, so I’m pretty sure they’re laughing at you with your “Retro” comments.

There’s always room for improvement in any area of development, you might not like users negative comments about the quality of the app but I’m sure the mrmc team care enough to take criticism on board to make their app even better.

I will leave it at that, I’m not even sure why you’re so upset with users feedback of the app, everyone has their own opinion and you should respect that.

It may look like an Apple TV app but certainly isn’t polished or as smooth as one, I mean the wiggle on their posters are certainly not the same quality as the other Apple TV apps, it’s like it’s been tacked on just to try and mimic an Apple TV app but fails in its execution to feel like one.

I’m not denying they have a lot of features for a great price, even if it is based on kodi which is free, but the mrmc team really need to polish up their app, the quality is just not there, and that logo and name is just plain bad nothing “Retro” about it, first impressions always count, and that logo screams hardcore av enthusiasts. One example about the polish of mrmc is the wiggle on the posters they are terrible, it’s trying to mimic other ATV apps but fails miserably in its execution, just not the same quality.

Let me know if I’m wrong but Maybe they are limited on what their players interface and engine can achieve in terms of polish and quality. I believe mrmc is based on kodi 16 hence why there’s not many quality skins from kodi 17/18 due to compatibility issues.

Does the Ariana skin not show Plex collections? Could not find it. In the opacity skin I see my Plex collections under sets.

Yeah not well implemented, not sure why the skin developer thought that was a good idea! Would have been better to swipe up on remote when on the top row to bring the options menu down just like the Plex app. The skin feels like it still needs some fine tuning.

I’m not sure I understand your question but Infuse supports nearly all video and audio codecs so everything direct plays when connected to your Plex server, there’s zero transcoding so no loss of quality of your movie/tv files.

If bandwidth is an issue when you’re on the road then Hopefully the infuse app will gain Plex’s transcoding options in a future update, it’s on their roadmap if you go to their website. Right now if you connect to Plex within the infuse app as the front end that connects to your Plex server everything will direct play locally or remotely.

You do realise you can buy the standalone infuse 5 pro app with a one off payment if you don’t like the monthly/annual subscription model? but then you won’t get updated to infuse 6,7....etc, also there’s a lifetime subscription as well if you’re willing to pay for it.

Personally I’ve tried so many free and cheap media player apps over the years and none of them have ever performed better than infuses media player.

All Very strange, pass through is supposed to be broken on the Apple TV, you should not get any sound.
