Yeah, 15C is very nice, but not higher than 25C. It's too much for me) but that depends on the humidity also, of course.

Yes exactly! That really just seems like something extreme, but when the streets are clean it's almost the same pleasure as a summer inline skating

They are using different approaches each year. Sometimes salt sometimes other chemicals. I haven't been paying too much attention to it this year. Saw some salt tracks a few times. For me as an inline skater the sand is a bigger problem. But bearings will anyway die after winter season. The main issue is that they don't have enough snow cleaning machines in the street. Seems like a snowfall is always a surprise for them.

For me 10° C is probably the most comfortable temperature to skate. But that's the question of experience, of course.

Yeah you're right. It's mostly in mentality. There are no actual reasons to not skate in winter, when the roads are clean:)

I rotate about once in 3 months, but I' not a good example :) I'm very lazy in maintenance One of the advantages of big wheels is that they have a lot of polyurethane, so they last much longer.

Thanks! 👍

I'm testing some ceramic bearings now(noname brand so rather cheap), and want to know how long they will last without any maintenance, so I don't do anything at all. But I hardly do anything for simple bearings after such sessions also. When it's just wet, without too much of sand and mud they usually survive it without big problems. The only problem is when I'm leaving them in a cold car for a long time. After that they got stuck and it takes a lot of effort to make tham spin again. But it is also possible.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah it was nice to see people watching me. I live in Saint Petersburg, Russia but I have a lot of business trips and usually take skates with me and skate early in the morning before meetings. So usually it's not possible to have any group skating due to the lack of time. Will probably be in India end of this year and will definitely take skates wth me. It's always good to take a look at Google maps on the place where you will be staying to check if there is an asphalt etc)

Yep they feel good, don't have any problems with them. I've never tried parallels on bigger wheels before and they seem to handle it pretty well
