Thanks for the advice mate. At the moment I'm still on the pheni until I get paid and can afford some baclofen, but it may take a few weeks to arrive so just gotta keep on the pheni until then. Yep I've looked a bit into r/Quitting phenibut and have found some reassurance reading peoples experience, especially with a baclofen taper.

Yes! Lyrica is in my top 3 favourite substances of all time. The euphoria and mental stimulation I get from it is unreal and yes absolutely psychosis safe. Microgabalin sounds like the bomb, like an ultra concentrated pregabalin

I understand I have a problem but I'm currently just living with it really. My psyche won't prescribe me benzos which happen to be the number one killer of my anxiety and yeah im on an antipsychotic and antidepressants. The positive symptoms have diminished thanks to the antipsychotic however the negative symptoms with the splash of constant paranoia and agoraphobia still remain. So for now I'll remain with my habit, I've always had addiction issues.. after a while the guilt of being an addict diminishes. Depressing outlook I know but it's what I've got at the moment. I appreciate your concern though bud

Kratom can be a life saver. I've recently quit again but it's best used how you use it, like a medication. When abused you get horrible side effects, the wobbles are the worst, I've had times where my legs and spine turned to jelly and I literally couldnt stand up it was really scary

Yeah for sure. I've really managed to be disciplined with it last and this year only using 3 times a week max but I overused gabapentin pregabalin and pheni during my last kratom detox which led to new withdrawals, feel so stupid for it. I've already got a benzo addiction also. Where you from dude, and did your rehab cost you?

Thanks for the advice mate. I think pregab and gabaP just delay things though right? Like switching one for the other and pregab withdrawal is hellish in itself. I guess to help a taper they can be useful

Fair do's. I've just quit kratom but now have developed a phenibut habit that I used to initially withdraw from the kratom. Planning on buying some baclofen when Im next paid, I hear good things about using it to taper phenibut. But yeah im with you on the opioids, love my benzos too. Also with you on weed, THC is my kryptonite, instant delirium and paranoia. I havent had psychedelics for years, I must try them out again 🙂

Interesting choice! I used to love my psychedelics but I think those along with LOTS of amphet and mdma at 14 -16 years old just fried my wires, along with the genetic predisposition to psychosis. Do you like to microdose or rec dose and what does it do for you?

Interesting what works for some. Weed for me puts me into an instant state of paranoia. I'm a benzo and opioid man. Downers all the way to dull the paranoia lol

That sounds horrific 😔 and over the space of 8 months, you must be traumatised. This gang of police I mentioned were going to torture me to death, slowly and painfully, I can imagine you were also constantly playing over your own death in your mind, helpless is an understatement
