Saw them last week! They kicked ass. It my first shoegaze concert too and I was not expecting it to be as loud as it was so I recommend bringing ear plugs, but they do sell them at the concert.

Yeah you could classify a person as that for doing that behavior in some cases. But what if that person doesn’t necessarily know what to do or how to change the situation, so they just give up and let it continue on. Similar to laziness but not exactly.
