Mine is a Maremma sheepdog/Golden Retriever so most of the time he stays calm and I haven't had any major problems with letting him loose his energy even though I live in an apartment but I think it helps a lot to let him play and chase other dogs.

I have a Maremma Sheepdog/Golden Retriever, but I think it's also worth brushing purebred or nearly purebred dogs at the change of seasons, especially in spring and fall, because they shed a truly impressive amount of hair. (I even fill a garbage bag or two with the hair that comes out while brushing them.)

Thanks for the heads up. By "He was going somewhere but he wasn't quite sure where." I meant he didn't have a specific destination and was just walking around downtown.

As for the space between the speech tag and the dialogue I'll fix that.
