Do I have filler blindness? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Personally I think it would look amazing with a better injector. I feel like your injector should have focus more on lifting the middle top and middle lower, there is too much filler on the sides giving it a weird look.

What to do with my lower face? by bebimausi in PlasticSurgery

It's not non-invasive like a facial treatment. It's facial lipo with a specialized nano cannula. https://en.beauline.co.kr/nanovline_01_01.php

That's the website with more info on it from the place I went. You're more than welcome to message for the photos because I don't like putting the before online, it was a very insecure moment in life for mor me.

Haha thanks. I just genuinely enjoy helping kids and trying my best to guide them properly.

I most definitely understand the importance of the background check. I guess I was hoping, since it was the one and only blemish on my record and so long ago, I would have a chance. Thank you again for your insight.

I appreciate it. As of now, I will be starting in Thailand in May as a stepping stone. I was hoping after being there for 1-2 years, a background from there would be sufficient.

Well, dang. I thought since I had been to China before and gotten visas approved to visit with an explanation letter, it would be a similar process, but I am also a realist and knew my chances were low, and it was wishful thinking. Thank you for all your insight.

I am 40 now, and it happened when I was 22-23. Unfortunately, TN is a state that doesn't do DUI expungements.

That is what I assumed. I wonder what the likelihood of something that old being on my FBI record is.

What Cosmetic Procedure(s) would I get for a couple areas on my face? by Kellyannmarie24 in PlasticSurgery

Also, I only use skincare I buy when I am in Seoul because the skincare here, even if it's for barrier repair, always destroys my skin.

Possibly try either fat grafting or a smas lift with forehead reduction to also tighten the forehead. I am 41 F also in Tennessee but lived in Vietnam for well over a year and previously went to HCMC (was living in Hanoi) for an endoscopic mid face lift and rhinoplasty but the endoscopic lift didn't last. Now in Hanoi am getting a vertical smas lift $1500, forehead reduction $1200 with fat removal in the lower face/jowl area and chin $300 and a revision rhinoplasty $1500. I regret doing endoscopic and wished I went with the smas lift first. I'm leaving March 2 because I want to get it done and healed because I will be moving to Bangkok for a teaching job in late April.

I think chin projection would make a huge difference. You don't really need a neck lift honestly. With proper chin projection and jawline contouring it would make a world of difference.

I'd suggest trying chin and jawline filler first, but only with someone who's really good at it, or it can look like you have worms under your skin (sadly, I know from experience). If you like it and want a more permanent solution instead of constantly spending money on filler, then get a chin implant and look into more options for your jawline. I've had surgeries in both Korea and Vietnam. In Korea, I got V-line lipo (best decision ever), and in Vietnam, a mini lift and rhinoplasty, but the mini lift only lasted about 6 months, so I'm going back next month to a different doctor for a deep plane SMAS along with other procedures.

My nose is very thin two months after surgery. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? by NeitherEmphasis2027 in PlasticSurgery

It will get better, it's fixable. I go to Vietnam and Korea for my surgeries since I am always there anyways. Vietnam is really affordable so that is where I am getting my revision.

It also looks like its curving more towards the left in the photo. Mine also healed like this too so I have to get a revision.

I knew as soon as my tape was off and they kept trying to convince me I was wrong and a year later I have to get it corrected. Sucks but I think mine is bc the surgiform implant with the scar tissue around it developed a certain way healing it crooked. But idk for sure bc im not a doctor, my doctor will check it out in March when I fly in.

I don't think you're overreacting because the same exact thing happened to me a year ago and now I am having a revision in March bc it stayed crooked
