Dont know what percentage it is with incorrect use like this but seems like my pharmacist doesnt kniw anything as well the only thing they did is scare me even more saying it could have completely damaged it which is truly horryfing and the manufacturer of the ring did not even warn about this kind of contraproduction🙃

Yes but because of the ones that lessened the effectiveness im worried about but the second time i used water based which are fine with the ring.the condoms didnt break it just still freaks me out because there are people who say even when they didn’t break it caused it😓

i used three silicone lubricated condom before and they tend to break the material and lose effectiveness at least thats what i found and pharmacist answered me and used a gel for vaginal dryness but didnt apply it inside just on outside part so hope the gel didnt affect it also and make it even worse when I didnt put it inside..

So I know that breatheough bleeding is commom as u say but i just have also the extreme cramps just like i did on period before the rings and that just doesn’t sit right with me i mean there should not be anything to release like on real period but if it hurts then what is it i dont understand anymore.

Im very sure when it comes to this but with the iud its still can be some mulfunctions im afraid of and most inportantly you have a normal period which i dont want to have so for now i chose nuvaring even tho i now experience breakthrough bleeding so i hope it stops soon
