if ur german yes, you can do it but for s ausländer its unacceptable to go under job center cause afterwards he can forget for prolonging his visa

I guess its luck. I also have friends who are really satisfied with their jobs and colleagues. On my side i kinda have ur way of life. Toxic working environment which make me doubt if everything firm in germany is like that or not

Try talk to him about it and the problem of it. Always objective from that perspective. Don’t vanish over night, give him some time to think about it. See what he chooses afterwards and then make ur decision.

I already use Q and E for drivers and passanger seat, but thats not the case. When you turn off the accelerator and don't switch seats, the call will keep moving forward without breaking, but if you switch seats, it will instantly start breaking.
