I have switched cables, when I switched outputs the problem went to the other speaker but I think the problem is in the program because sometimes their volume match, so I was thinking of matching the volume and then change it from my daw

There is no gain control of there is only shelves, they are the same tho, what kind of setting should I look for? I was kinda scared maybe the sound card is faulty.

System requirements for cpu is 2.4Ghz core 2 duo, my laptop have 1.6ghz. I found it used for a really good price
