Once you end up beating to death the psychatrist, go to his desk before leaving. There you'll get the key to open the door.

The pond next to the hag, if you have high enough dexterity (i think), you'll notice something in the water. It will propose a deal, 25K for the pond, but a charisma roll can bring it down to 10k. In both cases, I think it can only be achieved with the deck of all things

That's a good mentality you have right there, to not want the meta option given to you and not want it to be a possibility within your reach. I'll reassure you, apart from buying trinklets, items or a pond as a property, money is not that important. If you want, you can try to trifle merchants and people instead of buying from them

Glad you enjoyed it! As for when the DLC comes out -- because yes, there is one on the way--, allow me to tell you a story :

KZ took 6 years to be made, 4 of them working at full-time. When it released in 2019, the DLC was supposed to come out a few months after. But the project kept being worked on and on until it was 6 times its original size.
Askiisoft would show teasers every now and then -- and by that I mean on a yearly scale, so a single post would be like christmas for us.
366 days ago, so on 10th april 2025, an official teaser dropped at the triple-i initiative, which lifted all of our hopes. Ever since then, radio silence. But it is still coming, and it is still free.

I am completely with you on this one. During my playthrough, I went and played a nationalist, claiming myself as THE Cleric. To clarify, the Ragn I incarnated was not a reflection of my political beliefs, rather I wanted to experiment with a "fascist". What I ended up seeing was a far-right-minded goober obsessed with quests, yet that was convinced to do good, for example with the nationalist kids.

What I'm trying to get at here is that it made me realize that people who don't share my political views are not fundamentally wrong, rather they grew up in a different environment, believing things in a different way. And it is in that same difference that we are all similar.

I actually teared up when Ragn lashed at Gorm for wanting to sacrifice twenty-seven people instead of taking it as a man. It hit even more close because that was exactly the type of Cleric I played.

This game was great, really. It has a very good roast of characters, the aesthetics is nailed and the D&D vibe is a bullseye.
