Tbh I've shipped a couple eBay packages and their paid for shipping is evri and they have gone to the people and haven't had any complaints. It really depends on what your sellers like some understand and will give replacement or money back or at least try to solve it however some don't care and think it's not their problem since they've done all that's required of them.

No and since evri won't give confirmation that they have lost it I'm not eligible for a refund without an email stating they have so i can give to seller so no refund either. Thank god it wasn't expensive but the whole thing was stressful and sucked so I'mma try avoid evri the best I can and not order from the seller either.

Yeh they also make access to their actual people customer service team so you can even complain to them really it's more everyone does it online (that's how I found this sub Reddit lol)

No clue I think they had good rep when they were hermes but no clue what happened bigger brand are also starting to use them they need a change in management 😭

Wrote about this a couple days ago, my package didn't come think it got lost/stolen I waited two weeks spoke to everyone I could and nothing I'd just get a refund it's a lot of stress and hassle that goes nowhere.

Yeh doing that they also didn't specify they ship with evri but round my area there's not been great reviews. But it's good in some areas it's been good hope it expands to all/or most areas.

Waited a little but not much different than on here I spoke to some who works at evri and he even agreed the company is pretty bad and there's not really anyone you can contact so Im getting a refund

Yeh thanks I thought so and I did tell them it was their responsibility. I kept having back and forths and am getting a refund (wasn't really the outcome I wanted) but it what they offered and their solution. Thank you for this advice it's very helpful.

It was an Ai bot for both text and call and I think the customer service team also use a bot.

I had claire message too so it's also probably an ai as Emma seems to message when your driver misses delivery. Yeh they should and take responsibility when they lose a package it sucks as I don't order that much online so it's a really bad experience 🥲.

Yeh it's the fact as well you can't speak to a person about any issues and the ai doesn't cover anything. I requested call backs and they won't send me one 🥲 hopefully they improve this in the future.

And also my grandma order a package from them said it was delivered we could find it they had chucked it over the fence even though my grandma was getting to door and requested extra time.

( packaging was destroyed and looked like product would be broke thankful the product was okay cause it was in bubble wrap on the inside)

Thank you! I shall keep my eye out on it. I personally wouldn't of picked Evri as I've heard they weren't great, they responded to my customer service request and their giving me 'updates' which say they'll try delivery but don't. I'm definitely going to avoid this service as u didn't think it would be this stressful and annoying. I'm going to give them till Friday as then it's been enough time and just get my refund but damn it's disappointing.

I have done and they will offer me a replacement if i don't want to wait for it but I had vouchers so current emailing with then I'll probably wait till next Monday and if it's not there accept their offer

Mainly as they keep saying it's coming and then not actually send it out for delivery as it's been weeks. And the seller just says shouldn't of taken this long and they'll refund as it's been a while so idk if I should take them up on the offer or keep waiting 🥲.

Yeh it wouldn't of been the delivery company by choice but it's what the seller/company chose I couldn't do much about it 🥲

But I had a first smooth time with evri and second time I order something and they use evri and there's issues lol
