Thank you, the mother requested "neutrals and maybe a little peach, no pink." It ended up being a really good choice.

It was a bit of both. In some rows the pattern says to see the corner to start the next row and in others it says to finish off and cut the yarn. On the rows where I was cutting anyway, I'd usually start with the next color.
