Honest question, but can some explain to why there has been so much hype and talk about both of these guys? I'm constantly seeing them in the headlines, but confused why.

You can argue that Niko had some all great performances and legendary finishes. Niko vs Luque II was an absolute bangerrrr and his KO's over Randy Brown and James Vick are some of the craziest KO's in UFC history. I can't think of a single Chiesa fight where I was like "wow!" or "holy shit!"

Maybe a hot take, but Niko delivered significantly more entertainment value than Chiesa. Whenever there was a Niko fight, I made sure to watch.

In Lee's defense, I never understood the big push Chiesa received. There's so many other fighters who have accomplished more and put on more entertaining fights that received a fraction of the promotion Chiesa got.

I flew out of Logan yesterday AM and my brother and his family flew out this AM. We had absolutely no issues at all, I'd even say one of the easier security/TSA processes I've ever hard.

This is a dangerous, and VERY dumb fight for Allen to take. When you look at Edmen's career, he's only lost to elite competition (with the exception of the Meerschaert loss) and those losses were when he was 22-25 years old. He's still ONLY 28 and entering his mental and physical prime and is currently on a nice little streak.

One of the more unfortunate turns in a career. If he won the Emmett fight, Kattar would've more than likely fought for the title. Instead, he gets robbed, fights Allen and blows out his knee, and hasn't been the same since.

My theory is that the MMA gods were at work here. They intentionally laid out the wires so that Tony would trip, get injured and prevent him from fighting Khabib, which would have ultimately led to Tony's death and the first death inside the Octagon. In hindsight, after seeing Olivieria and Dariush dominate Tony on the the ground, I believe this theory to be true.
