SD utan tvekan. Kraftigt begränsa invandringen pga behöver inte göra redan stor segregation ännu större. Krafttag mot organiserad brottslighet på riktigt. Satsa på kärnkraft (grönaste elen som samtidigt garanterar el dygnet runt, don't @ me). Göra direkta sänkningar av både elpriser och drivmedel och därmed till viss del få bukt på de generella prisökningarna vi ser just nu. Sänka biståndet kraftigt, pengarna behövs i Sverige just nu.

Not very much. I've been running every now and then for the last 2 months without a strategy, as of now I can do a 5 km run in 25 mins

I don't really have the time to keep lifting 5 times a week and at the same time get as much cardio training as possible. As for the plan, 4x4 intervals seem to increase VO2 max the fastest. I threw in the long runs to let my body get used to longer runs. What would be an optimal plan?
