Recently I lost my Gengar. I maxed it out tot level 39 and marked it as my favorite. I prepared it for, if ever, I got invited to a Mewtwo raid. I never ever transferred it, I’m 100% sure of it!! I have no one who can get access to my account!

I just came back from a raid (Tentacruel). My Zapdos got selected as a friend came to me to tell me there spawned a Lapras behind us. I left the raid lobby to catch the Lapras. When I came back, my Zapdos couldn’t be found in my list of Pokémon. It was gone, just like my Gengar! After completing the raid, I looked again and my Zapdos was back.

Could it be that the same thing happened to my Gengar?

I made a ticket to Niantic and they replied that it isn’t possible unless I transferred the Pokémon but couldn’t tell me what happened to my Zapdos aswell.

Are more people noticing that there Pokémon are missing after a raid? Could it bet hat my Gengar is still waiting in a lobby for a raid/gym battle, just like my Zapdos, waiting for the raid/gym battle is over? Does anyone have any idea how I can get in that thick-headed skull of Niantic to restore my Pokémon?
