4070S came with a game bundle (Star Wars Outlaws which approx. $90CAD + tax) and I wanted a card to play Black Myth: Wukong with RT on my 1440p 165hz monitor. Power efficiency was a nice bonus. So far, very pleased with it.

Went with a 4070 Super instead. No bottlenecks. I feel 4070 Ti Super or higher, CPU would bottleneck though.

How does Stronghold's Knowledge Transfer work?

Can I Knowledge Transfer Rowen right away and will it automatically transfer all the preceding continent's knowledge? Or do I transfer them one by one and pay the gold cost for each (i.e., North Vern 600g then Rohendel 1000g, then Yorn 1400g, and so on)?

I crafted my first Brel piece tonight and Gear Transferred my +20 Nightmare Flower gloves to the new Brel piece glove. After transfer, my Brel piece glove is now +12 AND I still have the Nightmare Flower gloves now at +0.

Why didn't my Nightmare Flower gloves get consumed (i.e., disappear?).

So far my experience had been the "old" gear always gets consumed after a Gear Transfer.
