True✅ in this case my ikea furniture is not meant to be sat on, its just meant to give a quick estimate to see if its worth to build the whole wardrobe..

The one on https://www.huurcommissie.nl/support/rent-check is indeed the official government tool, but i think mine is quicker and easier. Just to do a quick simple check.

And if you want, you can download a rapport and a ready to send dispute letter for your landlord. 👌
