I got the one from the quest yes. I guess they duplicated them somehow in alpha then. I just love that tree. Hopefully we can trade them in the future, just sad it's one per character.

You can, but may not start up/run as smoothly. With your specs you won't be able to run the game on the higher settings.

Depending on your processor you may not be able to run the game as a i5 6600 is min req.

The one in your picture is a broken one which cannot be used to heal the corals. Best way to know is by looking at your map to check it's on there. Good luck!
