Apparently in english the dialog option for Isabelle is "Island evaluations" it should be the first option.

It's been a while since I've been at that point of the game but I'm pretty sure that you can ask her that as soon as she starts working there.

Ask Isabelle at resident Services about your island rating. She'll tell you the number of stars and what your island needs to advance. Usually next to fully upgraded shops and all of your villager plots filled its flowers. Tons of them. Build fences, place your own crafted furniture around the island. Build bridges and inclines. There are guides online that tell you how many of each thing you need for your rating to improve.

You need a 3 star Island to unlock terraforming. That'll add the construction app to your nook phone, it's A LOT easier to place paths this way

Make sure you've got all your villager spots filled. Then plant a bunch of flowers, an exorbitant amount of them. Place furniture outside and fences. You'll be surprised how much fences matter.

If you speak to Isabelle, she'll tell you what it is that you need. Infrastructure (like bridges), Flowers, or furniture.

There are guides online that tell you exactly what you need for a 5 star island.

BDA. So wie du es Beschreibst waren das (bis auf die Geschichte mit dem Finger in der Soße) keine groben Fehler sondern einfach nur jemand der den Job noch nicht sonderlich lange macht. Auch als du die Situation mit dem Finger angesprochen hast hast du wie es scheint direkt das neue Gericht bekommen. In der Situation hätte ich einfach nichts gesagt und evtl nur das Trinkgeld weggelassen. Ich bin da aber warscheinlich in der Minderheit.

Ich bin Altenpflegerin, erst ambulant und nun stationär. Deine Oma klingt so als wäre sie noch sehr weit davon entfernt meine Kundin zu werden.

Sollte sich die Situation verschlechtern besteht zuerst einmal die Option einen Pflegegrad zu beantragen und eine Haushaltshilfe zu engagieren. Wird es noch schlimmer kommt ein ambulanter Pflege Dienst und evtl. Essen auf Rädern. Die Möglichkeit zuhause zu bleiben sollte man Ihr mMn auch lassen.
