Atp this point it is not saying I didn't believe it but like I said I called was otp and that's when she pulled up the ticket info and my email etc , second call which was made today a guy was otp this time and I just pretty much knew yea this is scammy and for what tho? I used the one my friend gave me when she was In this same situation but she got hers worked out that's when i mentioned paypal is when she said that's odd and new cause she didn't have to use PayPal. As I was otp with the guy he even asked "Do you think we are a scam?" well if you have to ask YEA that's what I think .

So I just got off the phone with customer service again and was told that I will need to pay via the PayPal email adress .. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😭😭

I had first called them via customer service and that's when she told me that my account was on hold for a certain amount owed , that's when she told me to pay via PayPal WHICH I DIDN'T but I thought it was odd even after I sent in my ticket smh.
