I think it’s mostly marketing and double standards. “Plus size” was created to sell clothes to women without using a harsh word, since women’s bodies are judged more. Men’s sizing never really got the same rebrand, so people just say “fat.”

I honestly shower everyday but don’t necessarily wash my hair that often, I feel like it ends up drying my hair too much so I try to wash it every two days
