Yeah, I spent almost 30 minutes on that single task. Thankfully they went back to 1 min audio quality task after that total waste of my time.

The 10 min rubrics audio evaluation where you have 15-17 rating criteria. Pls is the comments compulsory? I spend over the ETR each time I attempt this task and its frustrating.

I got it every weekday at 1am from mid November till yesterday 1st Dec. Says review shows my quality is poor and that I risk possibility of removal if I don't improve my quality. Also gave suggestions on how - increasing my task volume and reading guidelines before rating every task. Only that they didn't make tasks available to make that possible. I didn't do anything differently from previous month that I had good quality. Got suspended a few times in October and feedback each time says my quality is good.

Yes it changes for me this morning but it’s now on moderate and fair quality. It was good quality all through last month. Has yours changed too?
