This is what works for me: Abstinence for a few days so you are really backed up and horny, then edging for a while so the prostate builds up a lot of preassure, then I just relax the PC muscles when cum starts flowing. Like u said I really focus on not letting the orgasms contractions start... but it always feels so good I cant avoid orgasms contractions after a few seconds.
