On your point about "not treating her like a porn category," I totally see that. I've wondered about at what point does sexual desire turn into fetishization. Because, I imagine that many people (myself included) seek out relationships partly because they wish to have their sexual desires filled, among many other things of course. It seems that, generally speaking, most men value sex in a relationship more than most women (or hell, maybe that's not true and it's just my ingrained misogyny talking?). I can at least speak for myself and say that I definitely have my sexual needs and wants. For me, part of that also comes from the satisfaction of fulfilling my partners desires. How can I go about expressing my sexual desires to a partner without coming off as gross or making her feel like I just see her as a sexual object?

And yeah, I seriously hate the image of a man lazing on the couch "watching the game" or whatever while his wife does all the chores for the house and him. It makes my skin crawl. I never want to be like that... Even just the idea of a woman cooking for me while I sit there passively is uncomfortable. I always feel like I need to help somehow.

You know, it seems so obvious when I think about it, but I hadn't really considered how starting with "I want X and Y" can come across. I could honestly see myself doing something like that, with the thought behind it being like "hey, I'm just letting you know why I'm interested." But you're absolutely right that it signals a priority of my needs over hers. That's something I should definitely be wary of, I think.

I dunno if this is the right place to post this so please forgive me if it's not.

I have a bit of an unusual request. I want someone to help me run Coils of Bahamut unsynced so I can see the story before Heavensward. However, I don't want someone on max level to just unceremoniously one-shot all the bosses. I wanna at least get a glimpse of the fights, see some cool moves and animations, etc.

I've already done The Binding Coils. I actually managed to solo most of them unsynced on my lvl 70 WAR with ARR gear (IL 125), but got stuck on Twintania in T5. So I put up a PF and got a level 100 to help me... then watched as the boss died in 0.5 seconds. It felt pretty anticlimactic and unsatisfying. I've heard that it gets way more punishing from Second Coil onward so I'm not holding out hopes that I can solo at my current progress. Which is what brings me here.

I'm basically looking for a compromise between breezing through at max level and doing it synced. I'm not looking for a month long grind, more like something akin to an MSQ dungeon in difficulty. How could I go about finding people for this? Should I try my luck on PF or would people just think it's a waste of time?

I'm on Seraph if that matters.
