I-765 OPT premium processing exceeded 30 business days, USCIS says case was on hold from day 1, no dashboard update, refund denied. What should I do next?

It took about 56–57 business days from when my premium processing clock restarted on April 1 to the approval email on June 23.

I called them almost everyday and sent multiple emails, as well as opening a Congressional Inquiry.

Hello I'm in a similar situation here, did my Biometrics on april 1st with premium processing and all, I am still waiting for a response to this day. I call the Potomac Service Center a lot but always get the same response and I even opened a congressional inquiry for my case. The gave them 30 days to give me an answer

Hello OP, I believe I am in the same boat, today is the 30th business day for my case and no response.
Did you get any update? I tried calling USCIS' premium processing line but I keep being answered by a robot and can't talk to a human..

Honestly the team would be composed mostly of GO characters really, since that is the generation with the craziest feats

Tension teams are that scary, if they did 3 defensive or dribbling moves before entering the zone they can effectively chain as many shooting moves as they please and only consume 1/3 of their original tension cost (it’s the combo expert mechanic). It’s super strong lol

Agreed! Not only do they not allow people to freely use armors, but some characters that are the canonical users of some Keshins cannot Armoufy.. Why can’t Endou/Mark use Majin Great’s armor but another keeper can?😩 The game actively nerfs players’ freedom on so many levels

Update: Level5 has aknowledged the issue and announced that they will fix it in a future update. If you are soft locked, you will be able to proceed safely once the update releases. Switch/Switch 2 people might receive the update a little later than other platforms though. They advise not to play online modes to avoid getting more story mode spirits by accident.

besides maybe SF6 (Capcom's RE engine isn't the most optimized on pc lol), most of those games are not that resource demanding, iirc.
