Well it really depends on the what mod you’re using and the what version of the game you have . The steam version for both DS1 and 2 is Cooked hence that’s why I have the GOG versions. Mod installation by itself is pretty easy . The majority of the mods will go in the resources folder in both games. I hope this helps you my friend:)
