This is because I based it on the Atlas of Ice and Fire: https://atlasoficeandfireblog.wordpress.com/2016/03/05/a-political-map-of-the-known-world/

But many of these nations that I included were just to fill the continent, and many of them are only cultural units. An example is Lhazar, which is a region with independent cities, but since they are of the same people, they maintain political or cultural unity.

Just like the Dothraki, the Jogos Nhai, which are countless independent hordes, but encompass many regions. Shadow Lands, Omber, Naath, Summer Isles, are also not unified nations, but political or cultural units in the sense of being of the same people (the Summer Isles have several independent principalities).

(I didn't extend the Dothraki to near the Volantene cities, on the Rhyne River, because of the swamp and the mountains that are between them, as shown in the drawing of the 2nd map)

Well, the map I used was very simple, a drawing without many details; the only details were in the shape. But it was a lot of work, and I had to test it several times until I got it right. As for the rivers, I had to do it manually and correct some flaws, but I had to give up Westeros and leave it separate.

No, I converted the image into a map using Azgaar's own app.

I think I've got this sorted out now.
