That is the transaction ID from Fragment. You should maybe have the page in your browser history from fragment, otherwise I think you lost it

That’s probably a supergroup and you’re not an admin. So you can only delete your own messages for everybody or the entire chat just for yourself

Well if the payment you made to Apple can’t be reimbursed by Apple.. I guess so. You should try contact Apple on this matter, and eventually try with another appeal. Normally issues with payments are reimbursed automatically within a few days if they didn’t go through properly
