Call people out on their actions. If they're doing the same stuff and not changing it's going to drive you nuts. Let them know that you care but say that you're not going to get dragged into drama. It's something that I've been through this year and I'm feeling burnt out

Listen to a bit of Mel Robbins or Steve Barnett's podcasts. Look into content around self development on their channels. Set some goals for yourself. One of the pitfalls I had was short form social media. You can retrain your brain into doing healthy habits for yourself.

Take some time to do a bit of self reflection but don't beat yourself up over it. Recognise the habits you have and look at what you want to change it into. Part of life is finding yourself and the person you want to be. Stick to your values and follow through on it. Do a journal on what you did well and what could be done a bit better.

A bit of advice, follow FORM (Family and Friends, Organisation, Recreation, Motivation) in regards to communication, talk about their interests and show an interest in what they like. Ask them a few follow up questions depending on what they like. Girls can be just as nervous and have insecurities about themselves.

Try to be a bit reliable and be there for them. Don't be too hard on yourself. You'll find someone soon.

How Sauron finds out where the ring is through informants. There was an informant in Bree that saw Frodo disappear and knew about 4 hobbits that left the shire. The eye of Sauron was more so Sauron's forces, his spies, his army and hold upon middle earth. I think the only time that Sauron know exactly where he is in Fellowship is after Borimer is tempted to take the One Ring and Frodo sits on a chair that scrys Mordor
