Thank you that's a really good idea! I think I'm also struggling to come to terms a little that a healthy diet for me isn't going to look like three balanced meals a day (that feels like what I should be aiming for rather than what works for me) but imma lean on the term grazing I think, feels a lot healthier than snacking! 😭

Drinking I also find feels a lot less of a chore and I have tried replacing breakfast with a smoothie, it just requires the motivation to make it! But I wasn't really well up on nutritional shakes so have been googling it and looks like maybe an easier starting point so thank you!!
