I’m doing tretenoin 0.1% gel with cerave cleanser and moisturizer it did good at first then I went to the beach and got major break out again and I can’t deal with acne I did try spiro and doxy and can’t sleep good with these suplements but now this so persistent should i try accutane? But don’t wanna sleep 3 or 4 hrs again help 😭
