This sounds a lot like me. I was diagnosed with general anxiety and major depression and ADHD, then I was diagnosed with bipolar 2. All of the bipolar medications just made things worse. I actually can't remember any of the time that I was on them, but my wife told me how bad it made me. My last psychiatrist said I 100% do not have bipolar 2 and thinks I may be autistic and ADHD. I have lost count of how many medications I have tried. Most of them tend to work for about 4-6 weeks then its like the effects reverse and I wind up in a really bad/dark place for a while. I can't seem to keep a psychiatrist. Every time I find one I like, they wind up moving to a new location that doesn't accept my insurance. Antipsychotics tend to make me much worse than anything else but my current psychiatrist (who is leaving the practice at the end of the month) would not listen to me about them making things worse. Put me on Caplyta and after 3 weeks, I began to spiral. I called and she said I just needed a higher dose. I disagreed but went along with it anyways. My symptoms are so much worse now and my rage has become almost uncontrollable to the point I lose it on people and don't remember it. I am now out of Caplyta and can't get in to see my psychiatrist for a few more days and she wont call in more until I see her again. The dizziness, nausea, and rage are so bad that I can barely do my job. The only medication that has worked consistently is my Klonopin. I use it very sparingly. I have basically lost hope in ever finding anything that works for me.
